A Customer Service Manager leads and directs customer service represenatives in their communication with customers by phone, email or in person regarding a product or service provided by the company. Their role is to ensure delivery of a broad and complete answer to the enquiry from customers to achieve cusotmer satisfaction. Their responsibilities are delegating queries to specific teams, managing calls and emails, supervising customer accounts, keeping and maintaining records of customer complaints or enquiries and the action taken to help them, communicating with sales team to discuss sales targets, and generating sales leads.
