The Water Treatment Plant Operator supervises the effective maintenance of all water purifying equipment to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Their role is to maintain and perform tests on various plant equipment, and monitor inventory and labor allotment with the help of computerized maintenance and management systems.
