Technical Support Job Description
Overview

A Technical Support worker maintains, manages and repairs IT systems. Their role is diagnosing and repairing faults, installing and configuring hardware and software, resolving network issues, identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and diagnosing and repairing faults. Their responsibilities are speaking with customers to identify problems, providing timely and accurate customer feedback, talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem, following up with clients, supporting the roll out of new applications, managing multiple cases at one time, repairing parts, testing and evaluating new technologies, and conducting electrical safety...
