Technical Support Job Description
Overview
A Technical Support worker maintains, manages and repairs IT systems. Their role is diagnosing and repairing faults, installing and configuring hardware and software, resolving network issues, identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and diagnosing and repairing faults.
