A Technical Analyst evaluates the constant changes of the stock market, and provides critical investment information to their clients. Their role is to identify patterns of the stock market in order to make predictions about its future performance. Their responsibilities are to apply stock pattern information to statistical formulas, determine the best time and price to sell or buy stocks, evaluate stock market trends, and gather, file and present data for use by their employers.
