A Services Officer answers customer questions through online chats, email or phone calls. Their role is to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer queries, and escalate problems to the appropriate support teams. Their responsibilities are providing general customer support, updating customer records after each interaction, and assisting the sales team in boosting sales and performance.
