The Senior Economist gathers and analyzes data that is relevant to the business organization to aid in business decisions and develop recommendations for specific actions. Their role is to prepare research studies to enhance the business and broaden business strategies. Their responsibilities are to analyze international, competitive economic factors that may impact the company, understand and apply new information to support the development, review and validation of corporate forecasts, and provide support to departments in the use of the corporate forecasts.
