A Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with customers. This position involves identifying customer needs, providing product information, negotiating contracts and closing deals. The Sales Representative will also be expected to maintain accurate records of transactions, contact potential leads, follow up on inquiries and provide feedback to management. Additionally, a successful Sales Representative should have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently or in teams in order to meet goals.
