Sales engineering managers oversee sales staff and engineers and are responsible for enforcing policies and procedures while supporting clients. Other duties include approving the budget, preparing roadmap strategies to increase sales, preparing sales reports, communicating with existing clients, creating channels to make new customers, reviewing the performance of sales engineers, and assigning and distributing tasks among engineers.
