Recruiting assistants are work as part of the recruitment team supporting and assisting senior recruiters and managers in managing the hiring process to fill open roles for an organization. Recruiting assistants helping the team with identifying potential candidates online and offline, undertake clerical duties and communicate and support hiring managers. They work to support more senior recruiters in writing job descriptions, creating and publishing job ads, evaluating resumes and applications and perform pre-interview screening.
