Recruiters manage the overall hiring process by selecting and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers and can work within an organization or be an external party working for a fee. They find qualified candidates and match the required skill sets. They work to attract candidates to apply for open positions via social media or job portals, do the initial screening and shortlisting of candidates, arrange management interviews and coordinate with the candidate till the end of the process. They also post jobs on online and offline platforms, write job descriptions, coordinate with the technical and management team to get the requirement and open positions. They also negotiate compensation, onboard new employees, conduct induction programs, and prepare recruitment reports.
