A Quantitative Analyst designs, develops and implements scientific models that provide information regarding risk management, finances, investments and purchases. Their role is buying and selling shares, using and developing quantitative methods, and helping management to make decisions. Their responsibilities are monitoring market trends, evaluating existing quantitative models, and managing securities.
