Project Engineer Job Description
Overview
A project engineer applies the principles of engineering to all aspects of a technical project. They do project planning, schedule preparation, people and capital resource forecasting and management, vendor management, budget oversight. A project engineer ensures that projects are completed according to project plans, trains and manages technical team members as necessary, and often is the technical point of contact for the client or other internal stakeholders.
