Parts Specialist Job Description
Overview
The Parts Specialist manages the parts department for an organization. Their role is to sell parts to customers, administer and maintain records of all warranty parts returned, maintain a record of all sales and customer transactions, and manage and process all invoices. Their responsibilities are to manage all displays, ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction, design all purchase orders to obtain required parts from vendors, evaluate and track part orders, and maintain records of all parts purchased and received.
