The Outreach Manager oversees all community based education and outreach programs. Their role is to administer all outreach inquiries and complaints, and develop cost management strategies. Their responsibilities are to prepare phone scripts, maintain donor databases, lead all fundraising events, train and hire all outreach staff, collaborate with the executive director to prepare monthly revenue projections, develop e-communication strategies, raise appropriate funds, assist and coordinate with various departments to develop the organization's website, and administer and update all webpages and documents.
