The Management Assistant develops, implements and monitors a department's operating systems and methods. Their role is to perform as a resource for the organization's operations, policies and practices, and handle multiple levels of advanced administrative duties. Their responsibilities are administering orientation for all new hires, coordinating multiple hiring process phases inclusive of scheduling interviews, ad placement, and administering testing, and ensuring compliance to established policies, procedures and instructions.
