Lead Product Manager Job Description
Overview
A Lead Product Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of a product, from idea conception to launch. They are expected to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Responsibilities include setting goals and objectives for the product roadmap; conducting market research; developing pricing strategies; creating user stories and requirements documents; managing timelines and budgets; defining KPIs (key performance indicators); leading A/B testing initiatives; measuring ROI (return on investment); analyzing data for trends in usage or customer feedback; overseeing implementation of new features or products into existi...
