Inspector Job Description
Overview
An Inspector monitors manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards. Their role is to identify defects in order to correct production methods. Their responsibilities are to resolve disputes pertaining to production regarding quality and compliance, ensure all inspection tools are maintained in accordance with current specifications, read blueprints and specifications to establish guidelines, test and measure materials being produced, and accept or reject completed items.
