An Independent Associate provides after sales service to customers. Their role is contacting customers to inquire whether they are satisfied with company products, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customer signatures to finalize each sale. Their responsibilities are monitoring industry competition by researching competitor products, pricing and product success, negotiating pricing and other terms of sale with suppliers and vendors, attending industry events to network and build relationships with potential customers, and scheduling face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.
