Overview
A Gaming Manager interviews, hires, trains, schedules and oversees employeess in a casino. Their role is supervising gaming tables and gaming dealers to ensure both players and dealers follow house rules and conduct themselves appropriately. Their responsibilities are to manage day-to-day operations of the casino, monitor cash flow, security management, and customer service, communicate organizational policies and procedures, and resolve customer complaints or problems.
