The Fishing Supervisor performs wellbore fishing operations for an oil well. Their role is to supervise all work associated with rig site fishing operations, conduct safety meetings with rig crew, and direct rig crew on the rig floor. Their responsibilities are to develop and plans work activities with customer representatives, ensure the correct equipment is ordered, used, serviced and maintained, meet with managers and customer representatives concerning cleaning out the customer's wellbore, and provide daily reporting to customers.
