Field Director Job Description
Overview
A Field Director assists with election campaigns to ensure the campaign message is receievd by voters. Their role is to create and implement a comprehensive, data driven field plan, build and manage a field leadership team to execute the plan, and set, meet and exceed any benchmarks for voter contact. Their responsibilities are to manage volunteer recruitment, standardize best practices for data management using the campaign’s voter file software, coordinate field organizing with fundraising operations, and manage the field program budget and logistics in collaboration with senior staff.
