The Event Manager oversees all event operations and evaluates the event’s success. Their role is to plan the event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives, and manage the event in order to quickly resolve any problems. Their responsibilities are to supervise all staff, lead promotional activities for the event, source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, prepare budgets and ensure adherence, and come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
