The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the operations of a rehabilitation department. This includes developing policies, procedures, staffing plans, budgeting and setting goals. The director ensures that all staff are properly trained and qualified to provide quality services for patients in need of rehabilitative care. They also oversee patient assessments and treatment planning as well as coordinate clinical programs with other departments within the facility or organization.
