A Director helps a business run smoothly, and ensures that productivity remains high. Their role is to develop business and marketing strategies to grow the business. Their responsibilities are to handle business mergers, restructuring or downsizing, meet and network with investors, provide reports of financial investments and stock trading, prepare or approve budgets, and enforce company policies.
