A Desk Manager contributes to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints. Their role is to follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement, establish best practices throughout the entire technical support process, and set specific customer service standards. Their responsibilities are to provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on the help desk team’s productivity, recruit, train and support help desk representatives and technicians, manage the help desk team, and evaluate its performance.
