A Customer Service Coordinator oversees the processes between the customer and sales representatives during the sale. Their role is answering queries through different media modes in an accurate and timely manner to ensure the customer is satisfied, and help with product purchasing and fulfillment activities. Their responsibilities are to handle phone calls regarding the return of a product, product samples, sales promotions and referrals, analyze and try to improve the quality of customer service in order to fulfill the company's goals, call customers in case of a contract cancellation to understand the reason, and offer corrective measures to customer complaints.
