Country Director Job Description
Overview
The Country Director supervises the programs, projects and operations of an organization in an assigned country. Their role is to ensure that the operational and strategic plans of the organization are met, and demonstrate progress in achieving the measures of the country results framework. Their responsibilities are to manage and supervise a team of employees, assist in the screening and hiring of new staff, provide training for employees, and prepare progress reports for management.
