A Consulting Director determines, develops and delivers innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients. Their role is to analyze and interpret data, formulate recommendations and conclusions, initiate and center team efforts, and develop solutions for complex client situations to meet goals and objectives. Their responsibilities are to perform client interviews on the analysis and interpretation of data, engage in practice management, report on final client status, and expand and identify current and new business projects by strengthening client relationships.
