Compliance Director Job Description
Overview

The Compliance Director provides expert advice regarding compliance requirements that impact a company's products and business. Their role is to evaluate and guide an organizations level of compliance with contracting policy, operating principles, government requirements, and applicable rules and regulations. Their responsibilities are to support business initiatives or process modifications, oversee the coordination of compliance implementation with other company departments and business units, and analyze new and proposed legislation that impacts company operations, services, products or distribution channels.
