Commander Job Description
Overview

The Commander orders and controls subordinates in the military. Their role is to provide instructions to others to perfrom specific actions in order for operations to run smoothly. Their responsibilities are to create a positive command climate to foster trust and mutual understanding, lead their commands through operations to mission accomplishment, train their subordinates, direct subordinates during operations, and continually assess their subordinates.
