A Collection Manager supervises the credit and collection activities of an organization in order to manage the collection of outstanding invoices while imposing company policy. Their role is to coordinate and lead the activities of staff members and oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss. Their responsibilities are to create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections, evaluate staff members within the collections department, coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals, analyze data about the department, maintain a strong working relationship, and implement credit policies and procedures that allow the depar...
