Overview

The Agent resolves customer service complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions. Their role is to assist with placing orders, refunds or exchanges, and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. Their responsibilities are to prepare reports, maintain historical records, mentor team members to ensure performance goals are met, and inform customers about various products .
