The Admissions Director establishes, reevaluates, develops and executes the admissions process for colleges, universities and other educational institutions. Their role is assisting in the admissions decision-making process as student applications are evaluated and accepted or denied. Their responsibilities are providing students, parents and guardians with information regarding admission requirements and processes, coordinating and overseeing promotional events, campus tours, student interviews, and other admissions activities, engaging in the recruiting process by planning, reviewing and interpreting student information, and directing, hiring and coaching admission staff members.
