The Food and Beverage Manager provides full-scope, hands-on management of the hotel's Culinary Services Team and is a key member of the management team, supporting the hotel and company's vision. Requirements As the Food and Beverage Manager… * In this role you will work with our friendly Food and Beverage Team members to create culinary masterpieces for our guests to enjoy. * Work with the culinary/F&B Team to plan, prep, set-up, serve, and provide daily quality food production for our club Level Suites and Pool Bar and make recommendations for new menu options. * Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Catering Teams to execute events for guests, managing set-up, food delivery, clean-up, and customer billing. * Ability to manage inventory within the established budgetary requirements based on the hotel's business. * Oversee the scheduling and training of the food and beverage team. * Possess a working knowledge of standard procedures/policies concerning food collection, preparation, presentation, sanitation, and storage. * Ensure that the Inn on Fifth is compliant with all regulatory requirements for the Culinary and Serving teams.
