Skin Care Specialist are responsible to uphold the Ultimate Wax Experience at all times. Your performance greatly affects a guest’s entire experience, so it’s important to always provide the highest-quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful & positive attitude.

• Providing all waxing services to all of EWC’s guests
• Establishing & maintaining professional relationships with guests
• Retaining guests through pre-booking
• Elevating the guests experience through upgrading add ons & services when able.
• Educating guests on EWC’s exclusive product portfolio to ensure better results
• Adhering to the Reservation Book managed by the GS Associate
• Meeting center goals and corporate standards
