Physical Therapist

Lynnwood, WA

We offer a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to help patients progress from acute orthopedic injuries through comprehensive work rehabilitation and successful return to work.

Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity to work an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration and evidence-based outcomes.
You will have an opportunity with diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions while making a meaningful impact on patients' recovery and ability to return to productive employment.

Employment Type: Full-time (part-time and PRN positions also available)
Salary Range: $85,829 - $110,000 per year DOE

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Washington Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain
  • CPR Certification (within 60 days of hire)

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience or exceptional new graduate
  • Experience in orthopedic conditions and work rehabilitation
  • Understanding of Workers' Compensation processes and requirements
  • Strong interest in helping injured workers return to productive employment

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for injured workers
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals
  • Implement evidence-based interventions focused on functional restoration
  • Coordinate care within our multidisciplinary team
  • Create effective home exercise programs and patient education materials
  • Maintain detailed documentation that meets Labor & Industries guidelines
  • Participate in team conferences and program development initiatives
  • Track and document functional progress to support return-to-work goals
