Senior Sales Associate – Inside Sales Plainfield IL ($50K base Salary paid Bi-Weekly + Uncapped Commission Paid Monthly) Work Arrangement: On-site We are seeking a commission driven goal-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team. This role offers a guaranteed base salary of $50,000 per year (paid bi-weekly) plus uncapped commission (paid monthly), with opportunities to grow, learn, and maximize your earning potential. If you thrive on achieving goals, building relationships, and continuous self-improvement, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Engagement: Inbound and outbound sales through warm lead calls (No Cold Calls), email, text, and online chat to convert leads into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport by identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Follow-Ups: Manage follow-ups with warm leads to close sales and provide exceptional post-sale support.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Ongoing Development: Stay informed about industry trends and enhance product knowledge through continuous learning.
