Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of environmental remediation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and state regulations.
* Site Assessments: Oversee site assessments, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
* Technical Reporting: Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory forms in accordance with state and local regulations.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate approvals.
What We're Looking For:
* Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of environmental regulations related to oil and gas operations (e.g., ECMC, CO DWR, CDPHE).
* Project Management Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
* Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
* Leadership: Successful leadership skills to coach, problem solve, and lead a diverse team.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Position Details:
* Full-Time Role: Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a couple days being in office the rest can be at home!
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, geology, or related field.
* Preferred Experience: 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on the oil and gas industry preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
