ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I am a second-generation State Farm Agent with 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, following in the footsteps of my father, who has been an agent for 52 years. I hold a finance degree from the University of Texas at Pan American and have continued my education with certifications from The American College, including ChFC, CASL, and RICP.


Our agency is a family-oriented team where collaboration, growth, and support are key values. We currently have two full-time licensed team members in the office and one part-time remote employee. We believe in rewarding hard work, offering a bonus plan based on individual production, and after one year, team members are eligible for a 3% matching Simple IRA plan. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ruben Cardenas Jr - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
