Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell U65 health insurance plans, including core deals and ancillary products, while adhering to compliance scripts.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by providing clear and concise information to clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas, with incentives for achieving additional targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all insurance plans offered to ensure proper client guidance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or insurance sales preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Eligible for required licensing; no felonies or fraud-related charges permitted.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) and a quiet workspace.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base pay of $600 per week (first two weeks only). Commission only starting 3rd week.
- Earn $30 per core deal (no tiers), plus generous commissions for add-ons:
- $25 per standalone dental/vision sale.
- $50-$100 for combo or full-coverage plans.
- $60-$130 per NEO add-on.
- Weekly bonuses:
- $250 for 12+ core sales with add-ons.
- $350 for 15+ core sales with add-ons.
- Total potential weekly earnings up to $2,300 with bonus incentives!
