The Customer Service Supervisor trains and mentors employees on how to deliver the best customer service possible. Their role is finding solutions to customers problems while communicating over phone, email or chat, and hiring, training and terminating service agents. <p dir="ltr">One of the wonderful things about customer service is it really can be done anywhere. If you have a computer and you have internet connection you can support people and I really really love that flexibility not just for me but for my team.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Being amazing at customer service is absolutely paramount to being successful in this role and that's not enough. You have to really really be passionate about the people behind what you're doing whether those are customers or it's your team or it's folks within the rest of the organization.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">As the manager it's your job to match your managerial style to what they need and that may mean you manage in two, three, twelve, fifteen different managerial styles but that's going to help number one create the best work experience for your team and number two that's going to make everything just run a little bit smoother.</p>
