A Brand Ambassador works with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies of a brand for a company.  Their role is finding crative ways to educate customers, distributors and retailers about the company’s mission, vision and goals acheived by purchasing or using their products.  Their responsibilities are building rapport with customers and vendors, monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints, creating a website and social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers, tracking customer preferences, metrics and media campaigns, representing the company at product launches, events and trade shows, and maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

<p dir="ltr">I was really motivated to work at a company where I really believed in what they were doing and I feel really lucky that every day the work that I'm doing is rooted in sustainability and taking care of the environment.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">The most unexpected thing that I've been loving about my career so far has been making wonderful connections with people in my local community who really deeply care about the same things as me and also the great friends that I've made at work.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Concerns that I have about this role is that I'm just not exactly sure where it's gonna lead me. I don't kind of know the next natural step in my career after being a Brand Ambassador but I am learning a lot about what I like and don't like while in my first year of work since graduating college.&nbsp;</p>
<h2 dir="ltr">Career Goals:</h2>
<p dir="ltr">The long-term career goals that I have are continuing to work in a company where I really believe what they're doing and hopefully have a positive impact locally and globally.</p>
