Summer 2023: 14 percent said they were highly satisfied, while 65 percent were dissatisfied

Fall 2024: Slight improvement. 6 percent highly satisfied and 56 percent dissatisfied
Winter 2024: Things started looking up. 21 percent highly satisfied and dissatisfaction dropped to 42 percent
May 2025: 13 percent very satisfied. 25 percent satisfied enough. 39 percent neutral. 22 percent dissatisfied
